Veronica Lee, Property Manager, CAM
Veronica Lee, Property Manager, CAM

Veronica is a Florida native born in West Palm Beach, resided in Denver for twelve years, moved back to Florida 1997 and settled in SW Florida in 2005.
After settling in SW Florida, Veronica secured a position with a large property management firm in Naples and advanced to the position of General Manager.

Veronica then applied her practical, hands-on work experience as General Manager to assume the role of Community Association Manager (CAM) with Breakwater in September 2013.

There are many roles a Property Manager must take on to be successful in a large, upscale community like Breakwater. Those roles are only successful with support from Southwest Property Management, the Breakwater Board of Directors, as well as the supporting staff, vendors and landscape committee, which the Manager relies upon. Owners consistently let the Manager know how wonderful the property looks with its new roofs, paint scheme and coach lamps that were completed recently on Breakwater’s buildings and Clubhouse.

Downtime for Veronica consists of long runs, working in the yard, the occasional car show and just enjoying the SW Florida lifestyle
